教育强国背景下模范教师的理论逻辑、生成逻辑和培养路向

Theoretical Logic, Generation Logic and Cultivation Orientation of Model Teachers Under the Background of A Powerful Country of Education

摘要: “模范教师”不仅是一个集体名词,更是对教育者的最高赞誉。教育强国是实现中华民族伟大复兴的基础性战略工程,模范教师是实现这一战略的重要人力资源。“模范教师”在马克思主义经典著作、中华优秀传统文化中的相关论述以及我国历代国家领导人的思想中有着特定的理论逻辑。模范教师不仅是教育现代化的时代体现者,是教师队伍发展的榜样引领者,更是教育家精神的具体实践者。以教育家精神铸魂,打造具有大格局、大德行、大智慧的模范教师队伍,是教育强国背景下模范教师的培养路向。

Abstract: "Model teacher" is not only a collective noun, but also the highest praise of educators.A Powerful Country of Education is a basic strategic project to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and model teachers are important human resources to realize this strategy. "Model teacher" has its specific theoretical logic in the classic works of Marxism, the relevant discussions in the excellent traditional culture of China and the thoughts of national leaders in the past dynasties. The model teacher is not only the embodiment of the era of education modernization, but also the model leader of the development of teachers, and the concrete practitioner of the spirit of educators. It is the training direction of model teachers under the background of a  powerful country of education to build model teachers’ team with great pattern, great virtue and great wisdom with the spirit of educators.
