支持性嵌入：隔代照料型老漂族的社区融入

摘要: 随着家庭结构和代际互动的转变，隔代照料型老漂族出现并面临迁入社区的融入问题。脱嵌于原本的熟人关系、物理空间、生活方式，且受制于异地支持网络和自身资源的局限性，隔代照料型老漂族的自主融入存在困难。在外部力量支持下，隔代照料型老漂族的社区融入体现出“支持性嵌入”的特征，是外部支持与主体能动交互作用的结果。具体而言，隔代照料型老漂族可划分为生存嵌入型、情感嵌入型与价值嵌入型三类，其融入路径呈现显著的阶梯性差异，从工具性支持、表达性支持到反哺行动阶段，呈现从被动适应到主动参与的动态融入机制。

Abstract: With the change of family structure and intergenerational interaction, intergenerational care drifters appear and face the problem of integration into the community. Separated from the original acquaintance relationship, physical space, lifestyle, and subject to the limitations of remote support network and own resources, the independent integration of the old drifters who take care of the other generation is difficult. With the support of external forces, the community integration of intergenerational care drifters reflects the characteristics of "supportive embedment", which is the result of the interaction between external support and subjective initiative. Specifically, the intergenerational care drifters can be divided into three types: survival embedment, emotional embedment and value embedment. Their integration paths show significant stepped differences, from instrumental support, expressive support to feedback action stage, showing a dynamic integration mechanism from passive adaptation to active participation.
