Research on the Construction Mechanism and Operational Logic of Trust in Circles—A Field Investigation Based on the Tea Industry in Q County, Southern Anhui
摘要: 本研究在皖南Q县茶产业的实践情境中对两个熟人圈子内部及其之间的互动关系展开实地考察,以此探究圈子信任的建构机制与运作逻辑。研究发现圈子信任得以建构本质上源于关系连带、利益循环和情感团结三重机制的协同作用。受到圈子规模、成员关系密度及外部环境的动态变化特征影响,圈子运作阶段的信任发展则更加复杂,包括围绕角色伦理和人情互惠的信任维系、利益分化和小团体冲突导致的信任流转、“人情-制度”张力引发的信任博弈以及基于声誉体系的外部化运作等具体逻辑。对圈子信任的本体性探究拓展了信任类型与信任研究边界,并提供了中国特色关系研究和信任研究的新进路。
Abstract: This study conducts field investigations into the interactive relationships within and between two acquaintance circles in the practical context of the tea industry in Q County, southern Anhui. Through these investigations, it aims to explore the construction mechanisms and operational logics of trust within circles. The study finds that the establishment of trust within circles is essentially due to the synergistic effect of three mechanisms: relational ties, interest circulation, and emotional solidarity. Influenced by the dynamic characteristics of circle size, member relationship density, and the external environment, the development of trust during the operational stages of circles is more complex. This includes specific logics such as the maintenance of trust centered around role ethics and reciprocal favors, the circulation of trust caused by interest differentiation and conflicts among small groups, the trust game triggered by the tension between "personal relationships and institutions," and the externalized operation based on the reputation system. The ontological exploration of trust within circles expands the types of trust and the boundaries of trust research, and provides new approaches for Chinese characteristic relationship research and trust research.
