An Empirical Study on the Communication Mechanism of Spatial Landscapes in the Yangzhou City Study

摘要: 本研究基于SOR理论模型,探讨城市书房的服务景观对读者情感依恋和行为意向的影响机制。通过结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)与模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA),发现服务景观显著提升读者的地方依恋情感、持续使用行意向与(网络)口碑,而地方依恋在这一过程中起到关键的中介作用。研究表明,城市书房的空间景观在促进文化传播与增强读者的“恋地情结”具有重要功用。通过系统性解构其传播机制,本研究为明晰城市书房空间传播的内在机理提供了实证支撑。

Abstract: This study, grounded in the SOR theoretical model, investigates the mechanism by which the service landscape of City Studies influences readers’ emotional attachment and behavioral intentions. Through the application of PLS-SEM and fsQCA, the findings reveal that the service landscape significantly enhances readers’ emotional attachment to a place, intentions for continued usage, and (e)WOM. Emotional attachment to a place serves as a crucial mediating factor in this process. The research highlights the pivotal role of the spatial landscape in City Studies in promoting cultural dissemination and fostering readers’ sense of “ place attachment”. By systematically analyzing the mechanisms underlying this process, the study provides empirical evidence to elucidate the intrinsic dynamics of spatial dissemination in City Studies.
