塑造劳动者：新中国成立初期《人民画报》对人民群众形象的书写

摘要: “劳动者”是新中国新闻报道着重塑造的重要形象之一，对“劳动者形象”的塑造集中体现了新中国的政治民主、经济发展和社会进步，是社会主义新中国国家形象的表征。《人民画报》作为一本全国性的，图文并茂、以图为主的综合性月刊，在新中国成立初期成功地塑造了劳动者形象，即新中国的“主人翁”形象、社会主义事业的建设者形象和幸福生活的亲历者形象。借助《人民画报》这一极具影响力的权威载体，中国共产党不仅生动鲜活地展现劳动者作为国家主人翁的光辉形象，而且以此为桥梁，强有力地促进了劳动者在政治觉悟、文化素养、生产技能及娱乐生活等方面的提升，与此同时将劳动者的形象置于现代化国家建设的宏大叙事中，赋予其更为丰富的内涵特征。

Abstract: The image of the “worker” is one of the most important images portrayed in the news reports of New China, and the portrayal of the “image of the worker” centrally reflects the political democracy, economic development and social progress of New China, and characterizes the national image of the new socialist China. People's Pictorial, as a nationwide, comprehensive monthly magazine featuring a wide range of illustrations, successfully portrayed the image of laborers in the early days of the founding of New China, that is, the image of the “masters” of New China, the image of the builders of socialist undertakings, and the image of those who experienced the happy life of New China. With the help of People's Pictorial, a highly influential and authoritative carrier, the CPC not only vividly presented the glorious image of the workers as the masters of the country, but also used it as a bridge to powerfully promote the improvement of the workers' political awareness, cultural literacy, production skills and recreational life, and at the same time placed the image of the workers in the grand narrative of the construction of a modernized country, giving it a more enriched connotation and characteristics. At the same time, the image of the laborer is placed in the grand narrative of modern national construction, giving it a richer connotation.
