数字·网络·算法：数字时代中华民族共同体建设研究

摘要: 数字时代，是中华民族共同体建设的新阶段和新机遇。随着数字技术的发展对中华民族共同体带来的风险与挑战逐渐增多，中华民族共同体的主体意识和韧性机制需要进一步强化。窄化甚至异化的数字媒体平台造成中华民族共同体的主体意识离散，数字技术运用带来的数字平等、数字安全、数字伦理问题致使中华民族共同体的韧性机制受限。以数字技术赋能中华民族共同体建设可从三个层面推进：提升中华民族共同体成员的数字适应力，弥合认知差距并以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为导向凝聚发展共识，从而支撑中华民族共同体发展；以坚守数字技术伦理底线、维护数字安全、加快数字技术创新赋能中华民族共同体建设；以一般性法规的建设和特殊性规定的完善保障中华民族共同体的发展。以中国式现代化推进中华民族共同体建设需要抓住数字时代发展的新机遇，最终实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

Abstract: The digital age is a new stage and new opportunity for the building of the community for the Chinese nation. With the increasing risks and challenges brought by the development of digital technology to the community for the Chinese nation，the community for the Chinese nation needs to be further improved in terms of subject consciousness and resilience mechanism. Narrowed and alienated digital media platform causes the dispersion of the subject consciousness of the community for the Chinese nation. The digital equality，digital security and digital ethics issues brought about by the application of digital technology have limited the resilience mechanism of the community for the Chinese nation. The building of the community for the Chinese nation enabled by digital technology can be promoted at the following three levels： To improve the digital adaptability of the members of the Chinese nation community to bridge the cognitive gap and foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation as the guide to build a development consensus to support the development of the Chinese nation community. To adhere to the bottom line of digital technology ethics，maintain digital security and accelerate digital technology innovation to empower the building of the community for the Chinese nation. To ensure the development of the community for the Chinese nation through the construction of general laws and regulations and the improvement of special provisions.To promote the building of the Chinese nation community with Chinese path to modernization，we need to seize the new opportunities of the development of the digital age and ultimately realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
