思想宣传与文化建设：延安时期新华书店深入群众的“精神食粮”供给

摘要: 党的发行工作“等同于人身上的血脉”，是党做好宣传思想文化工作的“红色生命线”。党成立之初就注重以发行工作联系群众、动员群众，但也存在着“脱离群众”的问题。延安时期建立了以新华书店为主体的书报刊发行格局，作为党的发行机构，独立建制于党的组织系统，标志着党的发行工作的专门化、专业化和体制化。其通过广设分店-支店建立了从中央到区县的发行网点，将党的革命思想运输到区县一级党员干部和知识分子手中；又探索“书报下乡”的方式突破发行工作以城镇为中心、停留在区县一级且以知识分子为主的局限，将党的革命思想运输到偏远的农村和基层农民群体中。由此，建成了连通党员、知识分子与群众，从中央到地方、覆盖城镇与乡村的发行网络，实现了党的宣传思想文化工作在知识分子、党员和基层群众中历史的、有机的统一。

Abstract: The Party’s distribution work is "equal to the blood of human beings" and is the "red lifeline" for the Party to do a good job in publicity, ideological and cultural work. At the beginning of its founding, the Party paid attention to contacting and mobilizing the masses through distribution work, but there was also the problem of "divorcing from the masses". During the Yan’an period, the distribution pattern of books, newspapers and periodicals with Xinhua Bookstore as the main body was established as the Party’s distribution organization, which was independently established in the Party’s organizational system, marking the specialization, specialization and institutionalization of the Party’s distribution work. It has set up distribution outlets from the central government to the districts and counties by setting up branches and sub-branches, and transported the Party’s revolutionary ideas to the Party members, cadres and intellectuals at the district and county levels; it has also explored the way of "books and newspapers going to the countryside" to break through the limitations of the distribution work centered on cities and towns, staying at the district and county levels and mainly on intellectuals, and to transport the Party’s revolutionary ideas to remote rural areas and grass-roots peasant groups. As a result, a distribution network connecting Party members, intellectuals and the masses, covering towns and villages from the central to local levels, has been established, and the historical and organic unity of the Party’s publicity, ideological and cultural work among intellectuals, Party members and grassroots masses has been realized.
