Coordination Between Urban Construction Land Expansion and Urban Population Growth in China from 2010 to 2020
摘要: 人地关系研究对我国具有巨大的紧迫性和现实意义。文章选取人地关系大框架下城镇建设用地和城镇人口这两个核心要素,基于全国国土变更调查和人口普查数据分析,结合城市土地扩张与人口增长关系模型,评价了2010一2020年中国337个城市在城镇建设用地扩张与城镇人口增长之间的协调程度。结果表明:①我国城镇人口从空间分布来看,持续向“两横三纵"城镇化战略格局上的中心节点城市聚拢,并主要集中在胡焕庸线以东的范围。②中国区域城镇建设用地与城镇人口协调性不强,以土地城镇化速度快于人口城镇化速度为主,部分城市表现出“人减地增"的现象。③哈长、辽中南、山东半岛和长江中游等城市群的城镇建设用地扩张速度远快于城镇人口增长速度。④都市圈中的核心城市人地关系较外围城市的人地关系更为协调,其中武汉都市圈城镇建设用地扩张速度远快于城镇人口增长速度。
Abstract: The study of human-land relationship has great urgency and realistic significance to our country. Based on the framework of human-land relationship, and the data of national land change survey and national census, this paper evaluates the coordination degree between urban construction land expansion and urban population growth in 337 cities at prefecture level and above from 2010 to 2020. The results show that: 1) From the perspective of spatial distribution, China's urban population continues to converge to the central node cities in the strategic pattern of "two horizontal and three vertical" urbanization, and mainly concentrates in the eastern area of Hu Huanyong Line. 2) Coordination between regional urban construction land and urban population in China is not strong, the speed of land urbanization is faster than the speed of population urbanization, and some cities show the phenomenon of "the reduction of population urbanization and the increase of land urbanization". 3) The expansion rate of urban construction land is much faster than the growth rate of urban population in urban agglomerations of Harbin-Changchun, the Central and Southern Liaoning, the Shandong Peninsula and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. 4) The human-land relationship in the core cities of the metropolitan areas is more coordinated than that in the peripheral cities. The expansion rate of urban construction land in Wuhan metropolitan area is much faster than the growth rate of urban population.
