Theoretical Reproduction in the Digital Humanities and Philosophical Fragments of its Transmedia Convergence
摘要: 本文主要以DSH文学文本的可视化为案例,讨论生成式AI技术在数字人文领域的叙事策略与批评实践。首先讨论基于语料库所生成的文学定量方法与可扩展性问题;其次进一步讨论数字人文语境中文学批评的新技术现象;最后对数字人文作出一个寄望于当下与未来的“批判性隐喻”,明确数字人文的方法论意义。本文研究发现数字人文所呈现出的自然语言形式、新媒介形态以及技术诗学之间的跨学科性质,进而揭示出文学新批评的未来图景,一定意义上可以为当代新媒介批评转向与数字人文的算法阐释研究提供可借鉴的实践经验。因此,数字人文在一定程度上将技术嵌入人文学科之中,这不仅是外在的技术形式表征,更是关于新时代的哲学思考与反思实践。
Abstract: This paper focuses on the visualization of DSH literary texts as a case study to discuss the narrative strategies and critical practices of generative AI technologies in the digital humanities. Firstly, it discusses the quantitative methodology and scalability of corpus-based literature; secondly, it further discusses the new technological phenomenon of literary criticism in the context of digital humanities; and finally, it makes a “critical metaphor” of digital humanities that looks to the present and the future to clarify the methodological significance of digital humanities. This paper finds that the interdisciplinary nature of digital humanities between natural language forms, new media forms and technopoetics reveals the future of new literary criticism, and in a certain sense, it can provide practical experience for the contemporary turn of new media criticism and the study of algorithmic interpretation of digital humanities. Therefore, to a certain extent, digital humanities embeds technology into the humanities, which is not only an external representation of technological forms, but also a philosophical thinking and reflective practice about the new era.
