批判地缘政治学视域下美国印太安全联盟的阵营化以美英澳联盟为例

摘要: 内容提要：随着美国全球战略重心的调整，印太地区日趋演变为大国地缘政治博弈的舞台。为了在大国竞争中处于优势地位，美国逐渐调整其联盟战略，通过构建各种排他性小圈子，编织出复杂交织的联盟网络，强化与盟友间的阵营化倾向。本文借助批判地缘政治学的独特视角，将美国及其盟友在印太地区推动阵营化的动因作为核心研究问题。在案例分析中，本文通过选取奥库斯联盟作为剖析对象，围绕美英澳三国共有的民族构建与地缘政治想象、美国的话语塑造与知识传播、澳大利亚的中等强国认同与外交传统以及大众文化的作用四个方面，对奥库斯联盟的形成原因进行了系统论证。在此基础上，美英澳三国正通过所谓的“第一支柱”与“第二支柱”推进其阵营化进程，为印太地区的和平带来负面影响，奥库斯联盟的发展前景注定面临重重挑战。

Abstract: With the adjustment of the United States’ global strategic focus, the Indo-Pacific region has increasingly evolved into a stage for major power geopolitical competition. To gain an advantageous position in this competition, the U.S. has gradually adjusted its alliance strategy, constructing various exclusive small circles to weave a complex and intertwined network of alliances, thus reinforcing the tendency toward camp formation among its allies. This paper, through the unique perspective of critical geopolitics, takes the motivations behind the U.S. and its allies’ push for camp formation in the Indo-Pacific as the central research question. In the case analysis, this paper selects the AUKUS alliance as the subject for examination, systematically analyzing the reasons for its formation through four aspects: the shared national constructions and geopolitical imaginations of the U.S., U.K., and Australia; the U.S.’s discourse shaping and knowledge dissemination; Australia’s identity as a middle power and its diplomatic traditions; and the role of mass culture. On this basis, the U.S., U.K., and Australia are advancing their camp formation process through the so-called “first pillar” and “second pillar,” which has a negative impact on peace in the Indo-Pacific region. The future development of the AUKUS alliance is destined to face numerous challenges.
