“三个更加注重”是中国共产党对马克思主义世界观和方法论的坚持、发展与运用

摘要: 中国共产党洞察国内外发展大势，围绕进一步全面深化改革、实现中国式现代化，提出改革“必须更加注重系统集成、更加注重突出重点、更加注重改革实效”。“三个更加注重”诠释了进一步全面深化改革的特点，也深化推进中国式现代化的改革方法，体现了“上”与“下”的呼应，“近”与“远”的统筹、“点”与“面”的协调，“变”与“稳”的平衡，“实”与“时”的衔接。“三个更加注重”蕴含丰富马克思主义社会系统论原理、社会发展矛盾学说、社会主义发展阶段理论、实践观学说、人民主体性理论及历史规律论的精髓，既是对全面深化改革实践及其方法论的系统总结，也是确保党的二十届三中全会部署的各项任务顺利完成的实践路径。

Abstract: The Communist Party of China has an insight into the development trend at home and abroad, centering on further comprehensively deepening reform and realizing Chinese path to modernization, and proposed that reform "must pay more attention to system integration, more emphasis on key points, and more attention to reform effectiveness". The "Three More Emphases" interpret the characteristics and methods of further comprehensive deepening of reform, reflecting the resonance between "upper" and "lower", the coordination between "near" and "far", the coordination between "point" and "surface", the balance between "change" and "stability", and the connection between "reality" and "time". The "Three More Emphases" are the development and practice of the principles of Marxist social system theory, the theory of social development contradictions, the theory of socialist development stages, the theory of practice, the theory of people’s subjectivity, and the theory of historical laws. It is not only a systematic summary of the comprehensive deepening of reform practice and its methodology, but also a practical path to ensure the smooth completion of various tasks deployed by the three plenary sessions of the 20th Party Congress.
