全面从严治党的形势演变、战略举措与深远意义

摘要: 党的十八大以来，全面从严治党形势演变可概括为“一个主题、三个阶段”。“一个主题”是指以习近平同志为核心的党中央在整体战略判断上“时刻保持解决大党独有难题的清醒和坚定”，同时随着自我革命伟大实践的深入推进，又先后经历了战略攻坚期、战略决胜期、战略巩固期等三个具体发展阶段。党中央坚持标本兼治、系统施治，以“四个前所未有”纵深推进全面从严治党，即意志之坚前所未有、正风之狠前所未有、肃纪之严前所未有、反腐之厉前所未有，开辟了百年大党自我革命新境界。新时代全面从严治党伟大实践，不仅创造性丰富和发展了马克思主义建党学说，为中国式现代化行稳致远提供了坚强保障，而且创造了人类政治文明新形态，对推动人类社会发展进步产生了深远影响。

Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the situation evolution of full and rigorous Party self-governance can be summarized as "one theme, three stages". "One theme" means that The CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core "always stay alert and determined to tackle the special challenges that a large party like the CPC faces" in the overall strategic judgment. Meantime, with the deepening of the great practice of the Party’s self-revolution, it has also experienced three specific development stages, namely, the period of strategic overcoming, the period of strategic decisive victory and the period of strategic consolidation. The Central Committee insists on addressing both the symptoms and root causes and implementing systematic measures, and comprehensively exercises strict Party self-governance in every respect with the "four unprecedented measures" opening up a new realm of self-revolution for the CPC in the past century, that is, the firm will of strengthening Party self-governance is unprecedented, improving Party conduct is unprecedented, enforcing Party discipline is unprecedented, and combating corruption is unprecedented. The great practice of exercising full and rigorous Party self-governance in the new era has not only creatively enriched and developed the Marxist theory of party building, and provided a strong guarantee for the stability and long-term development of Chinese path to modernization, but also created a new form of human political civilization, which has had a profound impact on promoting the development and progress of human society.
