新时代全面深化改革的科学社会主义意蕴

摘要: 社会主义社会是经常变化和改革的社会，科学社会主义的生命力就在于改革，新时代全面深化改革契合了社会主义社会自我完善和发展的属性。新时代全面深化改革在坚持党的领导、以人民为中心、以制度建设为主线的过程中，以“主导-主体-主线”三维从领导、主体与实践三个核心层面彰显坚持无产阶级政党领导、坚持以人民为中心、上层建筑要符合经济基础状况、生产关系要符合生产力发展要求等科学社会主义基本原则，在理论上获得科学社会主义和社会主义现代化理论新突破、在实践上创造社会主义改革和现代化新模式、在制度上实现制度建设方法论和制度体系新创造、在文明上呈现中华文明现代形态和人类文明新形态，从而开辟了科学社会主义的新境界。

Abstract: [Abstract]   Socialist society is a society that changes and reforms frequently, and the vitality of scientific socialism lies in reform, and the comprehensive deepening of reform in the new era is in line with the attributes of self-improvement and development of socialist society. In the process of adhering to the party’s leadership, taking the people as the center, and taking system construction as the main line, the comprehensive deepening reform in the new era highlights the basic principles of scientific socialism such as adhering to the leadership of the proletarian political party, adhering to the people-centered, the superstructure must conform to the economic foundation, and the production relations must meet the requirements of the development of the productive forces, and have made new breakthroughs in the theory of scientific socialism and socialist modernization. In practice, it has created a new model of socialist reform and modernization, realized the new creation of the methodology and system of system construction, and presented the modern form of Chinese civilization and the new form of human civilization in terms of civilization, thus opening up a new realm of scientific socialism.
