现实“社恐”与网络“搭子”社交的对立统一:高校学生社交的理性审思与有效应对

The Unity of Opposites between Social Phobia in Reality and Social Communication on the Internet: Rational Thinking and Effective Coping of College Students’ Social Communication

摘要: “社恐”是现阶段高校学生人际关系处理中普遍存在的亚文化表象,日益成为思政育人工作的重点。随着信息网络技术的发展,一种以共同兴趣为基础、迅速配适的网络“搭子”社交逐渐获得高校学生青睐。现实“社恐”与网络“搭子”社交的辩证关系在社交认识、角色、情感、动力等方面相互印证,这是社会变革和生活方式转型过程中,传统社交价值观念和人际关系养成之间的冲突导致,一定程度上促进了社会的进步但是也具有潜藏风险,需要优化校园社交环境,增强价值引领;加强社交素养培育,提升社交能力;开展心理健康教育,引导自我认知。

Abstract: Abstract: "Social phobia" is a common subcultural phenomenon in dealing with interpersonal relationships among college students at the present stage, and it has increasingly become the focus of ideological and political education. With the development of information network technology, a kind of network "partner" social communication based on common interests and rapid adaptation has gradually won the favor of college students. The dialectical relationship between social phobia and social interaction on the Internet confirms each other in terms of social cognition, role, emotion and motivation, which is caused by the conflict between traditional social values and interpersonal relationships in the process of social change and lifestyle transformation, to a certain extent, promotes social progress, but also has potential risks. Enhance value guidance; strengthen the cultivation of social literacy, enhance social skills; carry out mental health education, guide self-awareness.
