论进一步全面深化改革的文化根基——兼论中华文明创新性的文化底蕴

摘要: 中华优秀传统文化、革命文化、社会主义先进文化与新时代中国特色社会主义文化共同构筑了进一步全面深化改革的文化根基。中华优秀传统文化蕴涵“革故鼎新、自强不息”的文化基因，表现为守正创新、富民厚生、天下大同、知行合一、和合共生；革命文化蕴积“实事求是、救亡图存”的文化品格，包括坚定的理想信念、全心全意为人民服务、始终把革命利益放在首位、树立社会新风尚；社会主义先进文化蕴藏“开拓进取、改革创新”的文化动能，涵盖中国特色社会主义共同理想和共产主义远大理想、马克思主义中国化的创新成果、社会主义核心价值观、中国精神。新时代中国特色社会主义文化蕴蓄“旧邦新命、兼收并蓄”的文明图景，体现为文化自信、守正创新、人民至上和开放包容。四种文化时序上有重叠，都体现了中华文明具有突出的创新性的文化底蕴。

Abstract: [Abstract] Chinese excellent traditional culture, revolutionary culture, advanced socialist culture and socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era have jointly constructed the cultural foundation for further deepening the reform in an all-round way. Chinese excellent traditional culture contains the cultural gene of "reforming the old and innovating the new, constantly striving for self-improvement", which is manifested in upholding integrity and innovation, enriching the people and caring for the people, the world harmony, the unity of knowledge and practice, and the coexistence of harmony and harmony. Revolutionary culture contains the cultural character of "seeking truth from facts, saving the nation from subjugation and ensuring its survival", which includes firm ideals and beliefs, serving the people wholeheartedly, always putting revolutionary interests in the first place, and establishing a new social fashion; Socialist advanced culture contains the cultural momentum of "pioneering and enterprising, reform and innovation", covering the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the lofty ideal of communism, the innovative achievements of the localization of Marxism in China, the core values of socialism and the spirit of China. In the new era, the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics contains the civilized prospect of "old country, new life and inclusiveness", which is embodied in cultural self-confidence, integrity and innovation, people first and openness and tolerance. The four cultures overlap in time sequence, which reflects the outstanding and innovative cultural connotation of Chinese civilization.
