中央苏区政商关系发展脉络的历史考察与启示

摘要: 中央苏区时期是中国共产党领导政权建设过程中政商关系发展的重要历史阶段。在此阶段，中央苏区的政商关系既存在苏区成立初期的政商盲目对立，也存在党的六大、“一苏大”等会议精神指引下政商融洽互促的积极发展，同时也不可否认存在因“立三路线”、左倾劳动立法等错误作法引发的政商关系倒退与反复，等等。分析研判中央苏区政商关系发展脉络，对当今构建亲清政商关系具有重要意义。即：通过法治途径，依法保护商人阶层的合法权益，充分发挥其积极性与革命性，并使之成为促进我国经济发展的强大动力。

Abstract: The Central Soviet Area period was an important historical stage in the development of the political-business relationship under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.During this period, the political-business relationship in the Central Soviet Area was characterized by both the blind opposition between the government and businesses that existed at the beginning of the Soviet Area’s establishment, as well as the positive development of mutual promotion between the government and businesses guided by the spirit of the Sixth Congress and the First Congress of the Soviet Area. At the same time, it cannot be denied that there were setbacks and fluctuations in the political-business relationship due to the wrong practices of the "Li San Line" and the leftist labor legislation, etc.It is of great significance to analyze and judge the development of the relationship between government and business in the Central Soviet area.Namely: to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the business class through the rule of law, give full play to its enthusiasm and revolution, and make it a powerful driving force for promoting China’s economic development.
