土地革命战争时期鄂豫皖苏区干部学校的运行机制探析

摘要: [摘要】土地革命战争时期，鄂豫皖苏区在创建和发展的过程中，面临着严峻的干部教育问题。为解决一系列现实状况，鄂豫皖苏区各级党组织及文化委员会，逐渐重视起干部教育工作，通过健全教育职能机构、创新组织形式、精进教学制度，成功搭建起一套高效流畅的干部学校运行机制。该机制的建立，不仅确保了干部学校在教育方向上的明确精准，发展了独具革命风貌的党政军干部教育体系，培养了一批全方位发展的优秀干部人才，更推动了土地革命战争的胜利及鄂豫皖苏区的蓬勃扩展。

Abstract: Abstract: During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the Soviet Area of Hubei, Henan and Anhui was faced with severe problems of cadre education in the process of its establishment and development. In order to solve a series of realistic situations, the Party organizations and cultural committees at all levels in the Soviet Area of Hubei, Henan and Anhui have gradually attached importance to cadre education, and successfully set up a set of efficient and smooth operation mechanism of cadre schools by improving educational functional institutions, innovating organizational forms and improving teaching system. The establishment of this mechanism not only ensured the clear and precise direction of education in cadre schools, developed a unique revolutionary style of the party, government and military cadre education system, trained a number of outstanding cadres with all-round development, but also promoted the victory of the Agrarian Revolutionary War and the vigorous expansion of the Soviet Area of Hubei, Henan and Anhui.
