文化平权视域下西南少数民族地区无障碍电影口述技巧研究

摘要: 电影作为一种将视觉与听觉完美结合的艺术形式，备受大众青睐。然而，由于身体器官功能的先天或后天缺陷，残障人士难以充分享有电影领域的文化艺术权益。本文以西南少数民族地区视障人群为主要对象，从社会文化背景，创作理念，制片模式对无障碍电影和口述影像技术进行分析，发掘其对创作角度，无障碍脚本写作，叙事方法及技巧对当前无障碍服务的启发。因此，本文旨在为西南少数民族地区无障碍电影发展提供理论支持与实践路径，推动文化平权的实现。

Abstract: Cinema, as an art form that perfectly integrates visual and auditory elements, is highly favored by the general public. However, due to congenital or acquired functional defects in their physical organs, people with disabilities have difficulty fully enjoying the cultural and artistic rights in the field of cinema.This paper focuses primarily on the visually impaired population in the Southwest minority regions of China. It analyzes accessible cinema and audio description technology from the perspectives of social and cultural background, creative philosophy, and production models. It explores how these elements can inspire new approaches in creation, accessible scriptwriting, and narrative methods and techniques for current accessible services.Therefore, this paper aims to provide theoretical support and practical pathways for the development of accessible cinema in the Southwest minority regions, thereby promoting the realization of cultural equity.
