文化安全视域下文化润疆的生成逻辑、价值意蕴及实践路径

摘要: 随着全球化进程的加快和我国社会主要矛盾的转变，非传统安全问题之一的文化安全在文化全球化进程中日益显现，文化安全是习近平文化思想的重要内容之一。民族虚无主义、西方分裂思想、低俗化价值观给边疆地区的文化安全带来了威胁。文化润疆是新时代党的治疆方略的重要内容，是应对文化安全的重要一环，文化润疆从人民、民族、国家三个维度分别具有深厚的人本价值、鲜明的民族价值、独特的社会治理价值。在文化润疆工作中，只有坚持中国共产党的领导和以人民为中心才能“走对路”，树牢正确历史观和铸牢中华民族共同体意识才能“走远路”，建立健全体制机制和与网络技术相结合才能“走好路”。

Abstract: Ethnic nihilism, Western separatist ideas and vulgar values pose a threat to the cultural security of border areas. Cultural enrichment of Xinjiang is an important part of the Party’s governance strategy for Xinjiang in the new era and an essential part of addressing cultural security. From the perspectives of the people, the nation and the country, cultural enrichment of Xinjiang respectively has profound humanistic value, distinct ethnic value and unique social governance value. In the work of cultural enrichment of Xinjiang, only by adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party of China and putting people at the center can we "take the right path"; only by establishing a correct view of history and consolidating the consciousness of the Chinese nation as a community can we "go a long way"; and only by establishing and improving the mechanism and system and integrating with network technology can we "go well".
