习近平对社会主义基本经济制度理论的原创性贡献

摘要: 基本经济制度是社会占统治地位的生产关系的总和，决定着社会的基本性质和发展方向、发展动力。党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央十分重视马克思主义政治经济学的创新发展，在坚持马克思主义政治经济学所有制理论基础上对党的十五大提出的我国以生产资料所有制为基础的基本经济制度，在内容上进行了丰富和发展，深化了“两个毫不动摇”认识，提出了“两个都是”“三个不变”的新思想；在范围上进行了拓展和延伸，把所有制为基础的基本经济制度，扩展延伸到分配制度和市场经济体制，形成了包括所有制、分配制度和市场经济体制在内的社会主义基本经济制度，从而实现了马克思主义政治经济学基本原理的中国化，开辟当代中国马克思主义政治经济学的新境界。

Abstract: The basic economic system is the sum of the dominant relations of production in society, which determines the basic nature, direction and motive force of development of society. Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core, has attached great importance to the innovative development of Marxist political economy. On the basis of adhering to the ownership theory of Marxist political economy, the basic economic system based on the ownership of means of production put forward by the Fifteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has been enriched and developed in content and deepened. Put forward the new idea of "two are" and "three unchanged"; It expands and extends the basic economic system based on ownership to the distribution system and market economic system, and forms the basic socialist economic system including ownership, distribution system and market economic system, thus realizing the basic principles of Marxist political economy in China. Open up a new realm of Marxist political economy in contemporary China. Key words: basic economic system; ownership of means of production; public ownership; non-public ownership
