深刻理解和把握教育强国战略目标的逻辑体系

摘要: 习近平总书记在全国教育大会上发表重要讲话，向全党全社会发出了建成教育强国战略目标的动员令。这一战略目标内容丰富、逻辑严密、系统全面，构成一套完整的逻辑体系。在本体论层面坚守“中国特色社会主义教育强国”一个本质；在辩证法层面贯通“历史必然与实践必需”两大逻辑；在价值论层面体现了“政治性、人民性和战略性”三重属性；在认识论层面回答了“中国之问、世界之问、人民之问与时代之问”四个之问；在方法论层面阐释了建成教育强国战略目标必须正确处理“支撑国家战略和满足民生需求、知识学习和全面发展、培养人才和满足社会需要、规范有序和激发活力、扎根中国大地和借鉴国际经验”五对重要关系；在实践论层面提出了建成教育强国战略目标要提升“思政引领力、人才竞争力、科技支撑力、民生保障力、社会协同力和国际影响力”六大特质，构成了强国建设的教育篇，为强国建设、民族复兴奠定了重要基础。

Abstract: General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the National Education Congress and issued a mobilization order to the whole Party and society for the strategic goal of building a strong educational country. This strategic goal is rich in content, strict in logic, systematic and comprehensive, and constitutes a complete logical system. It adheres to the essence of "building a powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics through education" at the ontological level, links up the two logics of "historical necessity and practical necessity" at the dialectical level, embodies the triple attributes of "political, people and strategic" at the axiological level, and answers the four questions of "China, the world, the people and the times" at the epistemological level; At the methodological level, it explains that the strategic goal of building a strong educational country must correctly handle the five important relationships of "supporting national strategy and meeting people’s livelihood needs, knowledge learning and all-round development, training talents and meeting social needs, standardizing and stimulating vitality, taking root in China and drawing lessons from international experience"; At the practical level, the strategic goal of building a strong educational country is to enhance the six characteristics of "ideological and political leadership, talent competitiveness, scientific and technological support, people’s livelihood security, social synergy and international influence", which constitutes the educational chapter of building a strong country and lays an important foundation for building a strong country and national rejuvenation.
