平台经济价格形成机制及垄断成因和治理探究一基于经济参与者视角分析

摘要: 平台经济基于网络和数字技术，具有新质生产力特征，发展非常迅猛。平台经济虚拟交易平台高度集成各种流通信息和渠道，具备技术效应、替代效应、增值效应等优势，短期生产函数和长期生产函数基本相同，加上规模扩张边际成本小，很容易形成垄断。平台经济大量使用信息通讯和人工智能等技术，其垄断和危害比较隐蔽性，治理具有复杂性。本文将平台纳入经济参与者视角，通过平台经济市场功能定位、各种优势对价格形成机制作动态均衡分析，探寻平台经济内在价格规律和垄断成因及分类，并提出平台经济治理合理化建议。研究发现平台经济是市场交换中介，对传统市场存在不完全替代关系；平台经济的核心优势主要体现在商品价格优势、交易保证、融资功能。通过价格机制传导作用，促进需求量提升、需求曲线和供给曲线向右移动，极大提升社会福利水平。平台经济形成垄断核心因素是流通成本优势，同时自身规模扩张成本很低。平台经济垄断不但具有传统垄断特征外，还会造成“信息孤岛”，不当利用公共资源越界经营、反噬实体经济等，如治理不当不但吞噬平台带来的优势，还会造成更大危害。平台经济垄断治理思路和方法也应与时俱进，站在生产关系和生产力相适应高度制定相应的综合解决方案，在经济所有制和公司治理层面理顺关系，在管控逻辑上遵循市场规律，在治理路径和具体方法上以结果为导向。从而让平台经济充分发挥科技进步带来的价格优势，更大限度促进新质生产力发展。

Abstract: The platform economy is based on the internet and digital technology, and has the characteristics of new quality productivity, developing rapidly. The platform economy virtual trading platform highly integrates various circulation information and channels, with advantages such as technological effects, substitution effects, and value-added effects. The short-term production function and long-term production function are basically the same, and with the small marginal cost of scale expansion, it is easy to form a monopoly. The platform economy extensively utilizes technologies such as information communication and artificial intelligence, and its monopoly and harm are relatively hidden, making governance complex. This article takes the platform into the perspective of economic participants, analyzes the dynamic equilibrium of price formation mechanisms through the positioning of platform economy market functions and various advantages, explores the inherent price laws and monopoly causes and classifications of platform economy, and proposes rational suggestions for platform economy governance. Research has found that platform economy serves as a market exchange intermediary and has an incomplete substitution relationship with traditional markets; The core advantages of the platform economy are mainly reflected in the advantages of commodity prices, transaction guarantees, and financing functions. Through the transmission effect of price mechanism, it promotes the increase of demand, the rightward shift of demand curve and supply curve, and greatly improves the level of social welfare. The core factor for the formation of monopoly in platform economy is the advantage of circulation cost, while the cost of expanding its own scale is very low. The harm of platform economy monopoly, in addition to the harm of traditional monopoly price discrimination, can also cause "information silos", improper use of public resources for cross-border operations, and backfire on the real economy. Improper governance not only erodes the advantages brought by the platform but also causes greater harm. The ideas and methods for governing platform economy monopolies should also keep pace with the times, formulate corresponding comprehensive solutions from the perspective of adapting to production relations and productivity, clarify relationships at the institutional level, follow market laws in governance logic, and be result oriented in governance methods. Thus, the platform economy can fully leverage the price advantage brought by technological progress and promote the development of new quality productivity to the greatest extent possible.
