科技档案资源赋能科普能力建设探究

摘要: 作为国民科技知识普及工作的重要组成部分，科普工作具有普及科学知识、提升国民素质和培养后备人才等作用，是一项具有重要意义的基础性工作。本文梳理了科普能力建设的组成要素，介绍了科技档案的内涵与价值，阐述了基于科技档案资源开展科普工作的理论意蕴，分析了科技档案资源参与科普能力建设的实践方式，提出了加强政策引导、组建相关人才队伍、充分运用多种媒体形式和强化档案资源开发四条实践路径。

Abstract: As an important part of the popularization of national scientific and technological knowledge, popular science work has the functions of popularizing scientific knowledge, improving national quality and training reserve talents, and is a basic work of great significance. This paper sorts out the components of science popularization capacity construction, introduces the connotation and value of science and technology archives, expounds the theoretical implications of science popularization work based on science and technology archive resources, and analyzes the practical ways of science and technology archive resources participating in science popularization capacity construction. The paper puts forward four practical paths of strengthening policy guidance, building relevant talent team, making full use of various media forms and strengthening the development of archive resources.
