过渡经济学与中国经验

摘要: 过渡经济学关注计划经济体制向市场经济体制的转变。中国改革开放以来的经济大转型不仅为过渡经济学研究提供了生动的实践案例，更是过渡经济学理论体系得以完善、深化和超越的助推力量。20世纪八九十年代，中国的经济学家尤其是中青年一代，秉持着对国家前途命运的密切关注以及对学术真理的竭力追求，深入研究中国经济转型过程中的各种重大理论和现实问题，以大量高质量论文、著作和报告等成果形式，提升了学界对计划经济向市场经济过渡的理解，揭示了其复杂性、艰巨性和跨国差异性，为过渡经济学的发展做出了突出贡献。伴随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善，过渡经济学正在融入更加广泛的制度变迁理论之中。未来十至十五年，中国经济学家将在构建统一国家、政府、市场与发展政策的理论框架方面取得突破，为经济发展和经济增长理论的更新与创造做出更大的学术贡献。

Abstract: Economics of Transition focuses on the transition from a planned economy system to a market economy system.The great economic transformation since China’s Reform and Opening-up has not only provided vivid practical cases for the study of Economics of Transition,but also served as a boosting force for the improvement,deepening,and transcendence of the theoretical system of Economics of Transition.In the 1980s and 1990s,Chinese economists,especially the young generation,adhered to their close attention to the future and destiny of the country and their pursuit of academic truth,and conducted in-depth research on various major theoretical and practical issues in the process of China’s economic transformation.They have made outstanding contributions to the understanding of the transition from a planned economy to a market economy in the academic community through many high-quality papers,books,reports,and other forms of output,revealing its complexity,arduousness,and transnational differences.With the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economy system,Economics of Transition is being integrated into a broader theory of institutional change.In the next 10 to 15 years,Chinese economists will make breakthroughs in constructing a theoretical framework for unifying the state,government,market,and development policies,making greater academic contributions to the updating and creation of economic development and growth theories.
