Challenges and Coping Strategies of International Law to Global Talent Recruitment and Management of Chinese Enterprises
摘要: 在全球化时代,中国企业在全球人才招聘、管理和留用过程中面临着来自国际法律的复杂和严峻挑战。本文详细分析了国际法对中国企业人才管理的多层次影响,包括国际劳动法、人权法、社会责任要求以及税收法等方面的制约。为应对这些挑战,本文提出了加强法律培训、建立全球一体化的人才管理体系、加强跨国团队沟通和协调以及合理设计人才激励机制等方案。这些方案旨在帮助中国企业更好地遵守国际法律,确保其全球人才战略能够合法、合规且高效地实施。
Abstract: In the era of globalization, Chinese enterprises face complex and serious challenges from international law in the process of global talent recruitment, management, and retention. This paper analyzes in detail the multi-level impact of international law on talent management in Chinese enterprises, including constraints from international labor law, human rights law, social responsibility requirements, and tax law. To address these challenges, this paper proposes strengthening legal training, establishing a globally integrated talent management system, enhancing cross-border team communication and coordination, and rationally designing talent incentive mechanisms. These solutions aim to help Chinese enterprises better comply with international laws and ensure that their global talent strategies can be implemented legally, compliantly, and efficiently.
