Abstract: The deep integration of globalization and digitalization is reshaping the landscape of global talent management. For Chinese enterprises, the complexity and diversity of the international legal environment present unprecedented challenges and opportunities. A thorough analysis of international labor laws, tax regulations, data privacy protections, and cross-cultural legal differences reveals that the intricacy of international laws not only affects strategies for talent attraction, management, and retention but also directly relates to global competitiveness and sustainable development. To effectively address these challenges, it is essential to establish a comprehensive global legal compliance governance system, cultivate cross-cultural leadership, optimize global compensation and incentive mechanisms, leverage digital technologies to enhance talent management efficiency, and strengthen corporate social responsibility and sustainable development strategies. In the future, Chinese enterprises that can adeptly navigate the international legal environment and actively implement forward-looking management practices are poised to attain leading positions in the global market, shaping a more dynamic and inclusive international business ecosystem.
