城市有形有感有效铸牢中华民族共同体意识研究

摘要: 城市是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的关键区域。城市有形有感有效铸牢中华民族共同体意识的内在意涵，就在于提升铸牢中华民族共同体意识的形象性、认同感和有效度。对于有形、有感、有效之间的逻辑关系，文章提出“结构论”观点：有感和有效以有形作为吸引力，有形和有效以有感获得凝聚力，而有形和有感则以有效具备驱动力；有形、有感、有效的统一集合体，即构成城市铸牢中华民族共同体意识系统结构的形式要素、内容要素和结果要素。当前，城市铸牢中华民族共同体意识仍然存在着形象性层面有待优化、认同感层面仍要强化、有效度层面尚需深化等问题。为此，必须充分遵循有形、有感、有效的内在意涵和逻辑关系，把握形式有形，注重内容有感，实现结果有效。要从营造良好环境氛围、增进强烈认同心理、优化公共服务资源三个维度出发，用心、用情、用力，在城市各民族中更好地铸牢中华民族共同体意识。

Abstract: City is the key field to fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation. The internal meaning of tangibly，sensibly and effectively fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in city lies in enhancing the image，identity and effectiveness. For the logical relationship among the tangible，sensible and effective，this paper puts forward the view of“structural theory”：“sensible”and“effective”take“tangible”as attraction，“tangible”and“effective”take“sensible”as cohesion，while“tangible”and“sensible”are driven by“effective”. The tangible，sensible and effective unified aggregate are the form element，content element and result element that constitute the structure of a system of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in city. At present，in the city，there are still some problems in fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation such as the level of image to be optimized，the level of sense of identity to be strengthened，and the level of degree of validity to be deepened. In this regard，we must fully follow the tangible，sensible，effective internal meaning and logical relationship，grasp the form“tangible”，pay attention to the content“sensible”，and realize the result“effective”. Starting from the three dimensions of creating a good atmosphere，enhancing the psychology of strong identification and optimizing public service resources，all ethnic groups could better foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in city with heart，emotion and effort.
