多元主体共在：文件连续体理论的实践应用新思路

摘要: 共在存在论强调主体间的互动关系，为文件连续体理论下沉提供全新的 研究视角。拆解文件连续体模型后发现，各维度内主体具有多元性、交互性特点，形 成维、捕获维中文件保存专家与信息技术人员的互动配合，组织维中内部成员的利益 协调以及聚合维中立法部门、各领域专家和公众力量的加持，多主体在全维、连续的 管理过程中共在互动，实现保存诉求。多元主体共在具有多方面的实践意义，我国应 在制度法规、主体目标及参与方式三方面开辟路径，使其融入我国社会发展，展现共 创精神，推动文档管理工作的创新升级。

Abstract: Coexistence Existentialism emphasizes the interactive relationship of subjects and provides a new research perspective for the practical guidance of the records continuum. After disassembling the records continuum model, it is found that the subjects in each dimension are diverse and interactive, including the interaction and cooperation of recordkeeping specialists and information technology personnel in the CREAT dimension and CAPTURE dimension; coordination of the interests of internal members in the ORGANISE dimension; and the support of legislators, experts in various fields and public in the PLURALISE dimension. Multiple subjects interact with each other in the full-dimensional and continuous management process to realize the preservation appeal. The multi-subjects have many practical significances. An integration path should be built in China, including three aspects: system regulations, subject goals and participation methods. So as to adapt it to management practice, show the spirit of co-creation, and promote the innovation and upgrade of document management.
