档案馆话语建构初探

摘要: 目前档案馆扮演的社会角色日趋多样化，需要通过话语的建构加以体 现。档案馆话语的构成要素包括话语平台、话语对象、话语内容和话语权。在建构话 语的过程中，档案馆必须加强自身话语权意识，真正实现档案馆工作由“档本位”向 “人本位”的转变，并积极建构能体现自身价值的话语内容资源。

Abstract: At present, the social roles played by archives are becoming diversified and need to be reflected through the construction of discourse, including discourse platform, discourse object, discourse content, and discourse power. In the process of constructing the discourse of archives, we must truly realize the transformation of archives work from "file-based" to "person-based", while strengthening our awareness of the right to speak, and actively construct discourse content resources that can reflect our own values
