参与式档案管理研究 ： 脉络与动向

摘要: 通过梳理国内外相关文献，厘清参与式档案管理的研究脉络，从参与式档案管理评估和参与式档案管理主 体两个层面总结参与式档案管理的前沿动向，提出未来该领域值得关注和研究的重点问题：激发多元主体的参与动力、 探索参与式档案管理的多元路径、重视参与式档案管理的效果评估、重新审视档案工作者的职业定位。

Abstract: This paper clarifies the research development venation of participatory archiving by analyzing the domestic and foreign literature, summarizes the latest research trends of participatory archiving from two levels: the effect evaluation of participatory archiving, the subject of participatory archiving, and puts forward some key issues in this field, including arousing the enthusiasm of multi-subjects, exploring the multi-path of participatory archiving, paying attention to the evaluation of participatory archiving and reexamining the career orientation of archivists.
