农民工档案与农业文化遗产传承关联的必要性探析

摘要: 农民工是农业文化遗产的传承人，探索农民工档案与农业文化遗产传承的关系对于农民工档案可持续发 展和农业文化遗产传承具有重要意义。文章对农民工和农民工档案的时代内涵进行了分析，在此基础上探讨了农民工 档案与农业文化遗产传承关联的必要性，提出农民工档案有必要链接农民工输出地，反映农业文化遗产传承人的乡土特 质，传承农耕文明。

Abstract: Migrant workers are the inheritors of agricultural cultural heritage, and exploring the relationship between migrant workers’ archives and agricultural cultural heritage inheritance is of great significance for the sustainable development of migrant workers’ archives and the inheritance of agricultural cultural heritage. This paper analyzes the contemporary connotation of migrant workers and their archives, and on this basis discusses the necessity of linking migrant workers’ archives to the inheritance of agricultural cultural heritage, and proposes that it is necessary for migrant workers’ archives to be linked to where the migrant workers are from, reflect the local characteristics of agricultural cultural heritage inheritors, and inherit agricultural civilization.
