全球参与式网络信息存档的实践调查——兼论其对参与式档案管理的启示

摘要: 调查与梳理网络信息存档的典型实践，有助于发现参与式档案管理的优化空间。通过梳理以信息形成者、 记忆机构为中心的两类实践模式相应的案例，文章发现网络信息存档呈现出向社会面拓展的信息对象、以协作为前提的 多元管理主体、多样并存的档案管理方法、涵盖社会化趋势的管理模式的基本内涵，并存在参与规模有限、参与质量不 足以及参与成效有待升级的局限。现有局限可归因为档案管理认知有待拓展、参与的内涵尚需系统建构。由此，参照自 组织理论和社会治理理论提出参与式档案管理的构建空间为：档案管理凸显档案化理念、参与应立足社会化加以拓展。

Abstract: Study on web archiving practice aims to find space for development of participatory archiving. With the method of case study, two major practice models centered on information creators and memory institutions, respectively, are summarized. By sorting out the cases, theoretical connotations could be revealed as information objects that extend to society, collaboration-based multiple management entities, diverse approaches to archives management and management model towards socialization, and limitations appear as limited participation scale, insufficient participation quality and insignificant participation effects. The limitations could be attributed to deficiencies in archives management and imperfect connotation of participation. As a result, the development directions based on self-organization theory and social governance theory are that archives management should be extended towards archivalization and participation should be expanded based on socialization.
