我国地级市档案移动服务建设现状及创新举措——基于全国 293个地级市的调查

摘要: 文章根据《档案移动服务平台建设指南》中档案移动服务平台及其功能建设要求，对我国 293个地级市档 案局（馆）档案移动服务建设质量进行调查，探析我国地方档案移动服务建设最新实践现状及存在问题，由此从资源、媒 体、用户、平台四个方面提出助力档案移动服务建设的创新举措。

Abstract: This paper investigates the quality of archives mobile service development of archives bureaus and archives in 293 prefecture#2;level cities in China according to the requirements for the development of archives mobile service platforms and their functions in the Guidelines for the Development of Archives Mobile Service Platforms, explores the latest practice status and problems of local archives mobile service development in China, and based on the above-mentioned content, proposes innovative initiatives to facilitate archives mobile service development from four aspects: resources, media, users and platform.
