“互联网+”视域下红色档案开发模式构建研究

摘要: 红色档案资源具有丰富而深邃的记忆价值，构建适应新时代需求的红色档案开发模式具有重要的理论意蕴 和实践价值。“互联网+”为档案行业转型提供了理念、技术和平台支撑，有助于红色档案的高效整合、深度开发与广泛 利用。在“互联网+”视域下，档案部门应通过重塑开发理念、搭建开发平台、构建技术体系、健全生产机制等举措，最大 限度地集聚人才、资金、技术等社会资源，推动红色档案开发实现信息化转型和全流程升级。

Abstract: Red archives resources have a rich and profound memory value, and it is of great theoretical and practical value in building a red archives development model to meet the needs of the new era. The “Internet+” provides the concept, technology, and platform support for the transformation of the archives industry, which is conducive to the efficient integration, in-depth development and extensive use of red archives. Under the perspective of “Internet+”, the archives departments should maximize the gathering of talents, funds, technologies and other social resources through measures including reshaping the development concept, building a development platform, forming a technical system and improving the production mechanism, so as to promote the digital transformation and whole-process upgrade of red archives development.
