我国档案标准化体系建设：现状、问题与对策

摘要: 档案标准化体系建设是我国档案事业高质量发展的重要支撑，影响着整个行业的发展水平与国际竞争力。 文章采用网络调查法和内容分析法，对我国档案标准化体系建设现状进行调查，分析其中存在的问题并提出相应的发展 对策。研究结果表明：我国档案标准化体系已有较大的发展，但仍然存在五个方面的主要问题，应该着力从强化标准化 体系顶层设计、注重标准间的协同性、完善标准主题覆盖面、建立档案标准监督评估体系和持续推进档案标准国际化等 方面进行完善与发展。

Abstract: In order to explore the development strategy of China’s archives standardization system under the background of the new era, this paper uses the methods of network investigation and content analysis to investigate the current situation of China’s archives standardization system, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding development countermeasures. The research results show that the archives standardization system in China has been greatly developed, but there are still five main problems existing, which should be solved by improvement and development in aspects of strengthening the top-level design of the standardization system, paying attention to the synergy between standards, improving the subject content coverage, establishing the supervision and evaluation system of archives standards, and continuously promoting the internationalization of archives standards.
