世界记忆项目与联合国教科文组织其他遗产项目协同发展的路径探析

摘要: 促进世界记忆项目与联合国教科文组织其他遗产项目的协同发展，对推动世界记忆项目的发展及人类遗产 事业的整体进步具有重要意义。文章从价值追求、建构策略和遗产保护对象三个方面，分析了世界记忆项目与联合国教 科文组织其他遗产项目协同发展的优势；通过阐明世界记忆项目自身的发展短板、分歧与壁垒的不利影响、面临的共同 挑战，指出协同发展的现实需求；从突破自身局限、建立对话机制、科学协调多重认证角度出发，探索实现协同的必由之 路，以推动世界记忆项目的积极转型，促进教科文组织遗产项目整体的可持续发展。

Abstract: Promoting the synergistic development of the Memory of the World and other UNESCO heritage projects is of great significance in facilitating the development of the Memory of the World and the overall progress of the cause of human heritage. This study analyzes the advantages of the synergistic development between the Memory of the World and other UNESCO heritage projects from three aspects, namely value and pursuit, development strategy and heritage protection objects. By clarifying the shortcomings of the Memory of the World, the adverse effects of differences and barriers, and common challenges, the article points out the practical needs for synergistic development. From the perspectives of breaking through its own limitations, establishing a dialogue mechanism, and scientifically coordinating multiple accreditations, this study explores the necessary way to achieve synergy in order to promote the positive transformation of the Memory of the World Project and the sustainable development of UNESCO heritage projects as a whole.
