我国档案应急管理工作优化研究

摘要: 当前我国档案应急管理工作在应急预案、应急管理规范、应急演练工作 以及重要档案异地备份工作等方面取得了长足进步，但应急预案的体系还不够完整， 应急法律规范还不够完善，应急物资保障还不够充分，应急培训教育也没有实现常态 化。从完善预案、优化机制、健全法制、加强宣教、夯实保障五个方面，提出我国档案 应急管理工作的优化路径，为我国档案应急管理工作的开展提供有益参考。

Abstract: Although China's archives emergency management has made great progress in emergency plans, emergency management norms, emergency drills and remote backup of important archives, the system of emergency plans is not complete, emergency legal norms are not perfect, emergency material support is not sufficient, and emergency training and education has not been normalized. This paper puts forward the specific path of the optimization of archives emergency management in China, including improving the plan, optimizing the mechanism, perfecting the legal system, strengthening publicity and education, tamping the guarantee and so on, so as to provide a useful reference for the development of archives emergency management in China.
