资本市场跨境诚信档案管理探索

摘要: 市场主体的商业信用是资本市场成长和繁荣的基础，也是各国建设资本 市场主体诚信档案的目的所在。根据国家社会信用体系建设的总体要求，加强资本 市场信用建设，已经成为我国建设高标准市场体系的重要内容。在我国资本市场快 速发展、深度全球化的今天，诚信档案建设应当聚焦跨境业务中的诚信信息，多方探 索境外诚信信息的采信和管理，完善充实我国诚信档案数据库，以匹配我国资本市场 国际化的信用建设之需。

Abstract: The commercial credit of market entities is the foundation for the growth and prosperity of the capital market, and it is also the purpose of building credit archives for capital market entities in various countries. In accordance with the overall requirements for establishing national social credit system, strengthening construction of capital market credit has become an important part of high-standard market system. With the rapid development and deep globalization of the capital market, the construction of the credit archives should focus on and explore the acceptance methods of cross-border businesses credit information, improve and enrich the credit archives database, match the needs of credit construction in the internationalization of our country's capital market.
