全球国家档案馆公共文化服务数字转型图景及其启示

摘要: 通过案例分析法，以公共文化服务的内容、形式以及利益相关方为主线，归纳整合出全球国家档案馆公共文化服务数 字转型的特点，即对接数字转型整体趋势以再造国家档案馆公共文化服务功能，面向日趋广泛的受众多元拓展服务内容，以数字 工具驱动服务形式创新和开放合作以建立服务主体多层次协同机制。由此提出我国国家档案馆应从把握档案事业发展机遇明确 数字转型本土化内涵，融合中国特色深化服务内容体系建构，应用数字技术拓展服务空间和遵循社会化趋势建立服务主体的协同 机制等层面入手，优化公共文化服务的数字转型。

Abstract: Through case study, the paper summarizes and integrates the characteristics of the digital transformation of public cultural services in national archives worldwide with a focus on its contents, forms and stakeholders. The features include reengineering the functions of archives' public cultural services by aligning with the overall trend of digital transformation, expanding service contents in a diversified manner for an increasingly wide range of audiences, driving service form innovation with digital tools and establishing a multi-level synergistic mechanism for service providers through open cooperation, which indicate that archives in China should optimize the digital transformation of public cultural service by clarifying the localized connotation of digital transformation in response to the development opportunities of archives, deepening the construction of service content system by integrating Chinese characteristics, expanding service space by applying digital forms and establishing synergistic mechanism of service subjects by following the trend of socialization.
