资本市场诚信档案建设的若干思考

摘要: 资本市场诚信档案建设对推进资本市场健康可持续发展，提升档案治理 体系和治理能力现代化水平，促进社会信用体系建设具有重要意义。文章针对当前 我国资本市场诚信档案建设在诚信档案内容构成方面有待细化、利益相关者权属不 明、信用档案信息管理面临安全挑战等问题，提出了明确资本市场诚信档案的内容构 成、明晰利益相关者的权责划分和加强资本市场诚信档案信息安全建设的发展对策。

Abstract: The construction of integrity archives in the capital market is of great significance for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of the capital market, improving the modernization of the file governance system and capacity for governance, and promoting the construction of a social credit system. At present, there are some problems in the construction of integrity archives in the capital market, such as the content composition of integrity archives needs to be refined, the right of stakeholders is not clear, the credit data management faces security challenges and so on. Regarding the issues above, it is proposed to clarify the content composition of integrity archives in the capital market, distinct the division of powers and responsibilities and strengthen information security construction of integrity archives.
