“一带一路”视域下红色档案资源价值及其实现路径研究

摘要: 在“一带一路”视域下，红色档案资源开发有助于扩大中国共产党的国 际影响力，推进中国特色大国外交，促进“一带一路”建设。为了实现红色档案资源 的价值增值，传承红色基因，讲好中国故事，应当引进数字人文理念，开发“一带一 路”红色档案资源；引进“互联网＋”理念，共建共享“一带一路”红色档案资源；运 用新媒体技术，传播“一带一路”红色精神文化。

Abstract: Under the Belt and Road Initiative perspective, red archive resources will help expand China's international influence, promote the diplomacy of a big country with Chinese characteristics, promote the construction of Belt and Road Initiative In order to realize the value-added of red archives resources, inherit red genes and tell Chinese stories well, We should introduce the concept of digital humanities and develop red archives resources; introduce the concept of "Internet +" to jointly build and share red archives resources; use new media technology to spread red spiritual culture.
