新时代党的治边方略视域下少数民族档案服务转型研究

摘要: 论文阐述少数民族档案及其服务转型工作发展历程，以及新 时代党的治边方略对服务转型的指导意义，分析其滞后的表现，提出少数 民族档案服务转型思路与策略，即以新时代党的治边方略为引领，从方针 政策、制度构建、资源建设、方法创新与档案治理保障等方面推动少数民族 档案服务转型。

Abstract: This paper expounds the development process of ethnic minority archives and the transformation of their services, as well as the guiding significance of the CPC’s border area governance strategy to the transformation of services in the new era, analyzes the problems of lagging performance, and puts forward ideas and strategies for the service transformation of ethnic minority archives. Namely, by acting on the strategy of governing border areas in the new era, we will promote the transformation of ethnic minority archives services in the aspects of principles and policies, system development, resource development, method innovation and archives governance guarantee.
