乡村档案工作服务乡村发展的实践与启示——以英国乡村生活博物馆为例

摘要: 英国乡村生活博物馆在档案数字化、专题资源开发、宣传教育、产业合作和乡村文化共建方面的实践工作具 有亮点。我国乡村档案工作在信息化建设、服务理念、宣传教育、产业融合和独特性方面存在不足，制约了服务乡村发展的 能力。今后我国乡村档案工作可参考英国乡村生活博物馆的经验，从技术、资源、人员、文化、协作五个方面加以推进。

Abstract: The Museum of English Rural Life has highlighted its practical works in archive digitization, thematic resource development, publicity and education, industrial cooperation, and rural cultural co-development. There are deficiencies in information technology application, service concepts, publicity and education, industrial integration, and uniqueness in rural archival efforts in China, which restrict the ability to serve rural development. In the future, rural archival efforts in China can refer to the experience of the Museum of English Rural Life and be promoted from five aspects: technology, resources, personnel, culture and collaboration.
