基层档案工作助力乡村振兴路径探析

摘要: 乡村振兴工作始终摆在国家发展的重要位置，新形势下加快建设农业强国的目标对乡村振兴提出深层次的 发展要求。基层档案工作是乡村各项事业的基础性工作，与乡村振兴同频共振，互为助力。文章充分调研档案工作服务 农村基层社会治理的试点情况，通过“法治”“共治”“分治”“智治”四个方面对试点工作是否达成“善治”进行评述， 基于此为基层档案工作更好助力乡村振兴提出建议。

Abstract: Rural revitalization has always been placed in an important position of national development, and the goal of accelerating the development of China as an agricultural powerhouse under the new situation puts forward in-depth development requirements for rural revitalization. Primary-level archival efforts are the basis of various undertakings in rural areas, and they share the same development frequency with rural revitalization, mutually reinforcing each other. This paper fully investigates the situation of pilot programs of archival efforts serving primary#2;level rural social governance, comments on whether the pilot efforts have achieved "good governance" through the four aspects of "the rule of law", "co-governance", "categorized governance", and puts forward suggestions for primary-level archival efforts to better support rural revitalization.
