人工智能在档案管理中的应用图景与风险防范

摘要: 人工智能正驱动档案管理向数字化、智能化转型升级。文章系统分析人工智能在档案管理中的应用图景， 发现其面临着制度风险、技术风险、伦理风险、监管风险，并以“制度先行—技术集成—伦理规约—监管防控”为逻辑提 出应对风险的对策，以期助力人工智能在档案领域的应用更加科学化、规范化、合理化。

Abstract: Artificial intelligence is catalyzing the transformation and upgrading of archive management towards digitalization and intelligence. This article systematically analyzes the application of artificial intelligence in archive management and identifies potential risks such as institutional, technological, ethical, and regulatory risks. The logic of "system-first, technology integration, ethical regulations, supervision and prevention" is employed to propose key strategies for managing these risks. This is aimed at facilitating a more scientific, standardized, and rational application of artificial intelligence in archives.
