数字政府建设背景下档案数据治理的内在逻辑与实践进路

摘要: 我国数字政府建设已渐入新发展阶段，新时期背景下探讨档案数据治理的路径与方法具有突出的实践意义。 文章围绕供需关系，分析数字政府建设背景下档案数据治理的内在逻辑与现状；从供需矛盾出发，分析数字政府背景下档 案数据治理的不足；从数据汇集流动、数据挖掘运用层面，提出数字政府建设背景下档案数据治理的实践进路。

Abstract: China's digital development has gradually entered a new stage, and it is of outstanding practical significance to explore the path and method of archival data governance in the context of the new era. Focusing on the relationship between supply and demand, the internal logic and current situation of archival data governance under the background of digital government development are analyzed. Starting from the contradiction between supply and demand, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of archival data governance in the context of digital government, and puts forward the practical approach of archival data governance under the background of digital government development from the level of data collection, data flow, and data mining and application.
