聚焦主题：口述档案资源建设现状调研与规划思考

摘要: 主题是口述档案资源建设的方向，对口述档案资源建设成效具有决定性意义。文章通过网络调研法和内容 分析法，发现我国口述档案资源建设围绕“人物、机构、地区、特定事件”四大主题类别展开，存在社会贡献人物多于社 会边缘人员、地区特色建构优于文化资源共建、历史沿革梳理胜于职能经验保护、历史事件挖掘重于时代发展跟随等不 足。基于此，文章提出从主题设计、组织管理和信息技术三方面加强口述档案资源建设选题规划。

Abstract: The theme is the direction of oral archives resources development, which has a decisive significance for the effectiveness of oral archives resources development. Through network research and content analysis, it is found that the development of oral archives resources in China is carried out around the four major theme categories of "people, institutions, regions, and specific events". There are deficiencies such as social contributors are more than social marginal personnel, regional characteristics development is considered more important than cultural resources co-development, historical evolution sorting is considered more important than functional experience protection, and historical event utilization is treated more important than the development of the times and so on. Based on this, the article proposes to strengthen the theme-selection planning of oral archival resources development from three aspects: topic design, organizational management, and information technology.
