综合档案馆赋能国家文化治理的基本逻辑、现实表征及实现路径

摘要: 在推进国家文化治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中，综合档案馆作为公共文化事业 机构，是实现文化治理功能的重要场域。文章在明晰综合档案馆赋能国家文化治理基本逻辑的基 础上，分别从资源、空间、服务三方面论述综合档案馆助力国家文化治理的现实表征，并提出以资 源建设为基础、以空间建设为突破、以公众建设为驱动的实现路径，为综合档案馆赋能国家文化治 理提供现实参考。

Abstract: In the process of promoting the modernization of the national cultural governance system and governance capacity, the comprehensive archives, as public cultural institutions, are an important field for realizing the function of cultural governance. on the basis of clarifying the basic logic of comprehensive archives empowering national cultural governance, this paper discusses the reality characterization of comprehensive archives empowering national cultural governance from three aspects: resources, space and service, and puts forward the realization paths based on the development of resources, breakthroughs in spatial construction, and driving public development, so as to provide realistic references for the empowerment of comprehensive archives in national cultural governance.
