地方特色档案资源开发的实践考察与理论向度

摘要: 从实践与理论维度对我国地方特色档案资源开发进行双重考察，旨在总结历史经验，揭示规律，探察地方 特色档案资源开发工作的发展脉络。文章从“开发规模—开发主体构成—社会需求—开发创新能力—开发政策体系” 五个维度阐释了地方特色档案资源开发实践由初步探索阶段、初步发展阶段到持续发展阶段的历史演进，认为地方特色 档案资源开发的理论向度，包括致力于对档案利用体系结构内容进行精细化阐释的目标指向；坚持域外借鉴和本土经验 相结合，注重多学科交叉与融合发展的方法导向；构筑理论框架，厘定体系结构的内容方向。

Abstract: This article conducts a double investigation of the development of archival resources with local characteristics in China from the practical and theoretical dimensions, aiming to summarize the historical experience, reveal the pattern and explore the past, present and future of the development of archival resources with local characteristics. The article explains the historical evolution of local characteristic archival resource development practice from the initial exploration stage, the initial development stage to the sustainable development stage from the five dimensions of "development scale, development subject composition, social needs, development innovation ability, development policy system", and recognizes it as the theoretical direction of local characteristic archival resource development, including the goal of elaborating the structural content of the archive utilization system. Efforts should be made to adhere to the combination of foreign reference and local experience, emphasize the methodological orientation of interdisciplinary and integrated development, and establish a theoretical framework and determine the content direction of the system structure.
