数字时代扶贫档案开发利用：多维效应与路径选择

摘要: 数字时代背景下扶贫档案开发利用已遇新景，不仅可以防止返贫现象发生、助力乡村全面振兴 ；而且能 够提升民族认同感、夯实共同体意识、贡献中国减贫方略。文章指出应借助多种数字技术，建立扶贫档案大数据云平 台，编制扶贫档案汇编，推出扶贫档案一张图云展示，推动扶贫档案参与文娱宣传，研发扶贫档案数字文创 ；并通过 多路径联动，不断推进扶贫档案价值跃迁，展现扶贫档案多维效应，为弘扬脱贫攻坚精神，传承民族扶贫记忆，赋能 乡村振兴战略贡献有生档案力量。

Abstract: In the context of the digital era, the development and utilization of poverty alleviation archives have encountered new circumstances, which can not only prevent the phenomenon of returning to poverty and assist in the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas, but also enhance national identity, strengthen community awareness, and contribute to China’s poverty alleviation strategy. This article points out that it is necessary to use various digital technologies to establish a big data cloud platform for poverty alleviation archives, compile poverty alleviation archives, launch a cloud picture display of poverty alleviation archives, promote poverty alleviation archives to participate in cultural and entertainment publicity, and research and develop digital cultural creation of poverty alleviation archives. And through multi-path linkage, we should continuously promote the value leap of poverty alleviation archives, demonstrate the multidimensional effects of poverty alleviation archives, and contribute to promoting the spirit of poverty alleviation, inheriting the memory of national poverty alleviation, and empowering the rural revitalization strategy with the power of living archives.
